All returns are subject to inspection. We reserve the right to reject a return if it does not meet any of the above requirements.
Order Cancellation Stuff
If there is an issue with your order and you need to cancel it, please contact email@example.com. Customers have a 2-hour window after placing an order to edit or cancel it. All fulfilled orders will no longer be eligible for cancellation. If an order cancellation request is received after an item has been shipped, we are happy to offer store credit on an e-gift card in the amount of the purchase. The customer is responsible for shipping back the return items and for any associated shipping and packaging costs.

How To Keep Your Accessories & Jewelry Cute
Do not wear accessories or jewelry in water in order to preserve the quality of the item and color. Unless jewelry is stated to be a gold-plated piece, we strongly advise removing all jewelry and accessories before entering the water.
