For standard orders, our processing time is currently 3-5 business days after your order is placed and payment is received. For pre-orders, please allow an additional 7 business days. All items eligible for pre-order will be noted in the product description section of the product page. Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking information.
Please Note: Processing time includes packing your items and prepping for shipment and does not include shipping time. Shipping transit time is typically 5 business days, but may vary by the mail carrier and shipping details selected. Shipping lead times may vary during the Holiday peak seasons. If there is an issue with your order and you need to cancel it, please contact email@example.com. All fulfilled orders will no longer be eligible for cancellation. If an order cancellation request is received after an item has been shipped, we are happy to offer store credit on an e-gift card in the amount of the purchase. The customer is responsible for shipping back the return items and for any associated shipping and packaging costs.
